Corporate Achievement System

At Griffin Hill, we believe in a multi-phase approach to achievement. The first phase is to focus on productivity to ensure that participants are putting forth sufficient effort to achieve success. The next phase adjusts the focus toward proficiency, working on the skills to direct their hard work in the right areas. The final phase deals with performance outcomes or profitability, paying attention to the value that is provided by each employee’s contributions.

One of the first elements of a Corporate Achievement System engagement is completion of the Priority Alignment Tool. This powerful tool helps participants define, categorize, and prioritize the value of their principal work tasks. This exercise addresses the productivity stage and establishes a solid foundation for ongoing growth.

PAT offers participants specific productivity recommendations for the most important areas to address based on the gaps in current performance and the value of each task. The individual then determines whether the gap is caused primarily by resources, ability, or discipline. On that basis, the individual selects an intended breakthrough for the month, and establishes objectives to achieve that breakthrough.
